Recap: SAP BTP Summit 2025 on April 10, 2025

buco participated in the BTP Summit on April 10 in Essen, giving a presentation as well as hosting a partner booth. The summit focused on the following topics:

• Business AI
• Clean Core
• Cloud Transformation
• Data & Analytics

In our presentation, together with GLOBUS, we introduced the implementation of AI in Betze, GLOBUS's employee service tool.

At our stand, visitors learned everything about SAP BTP and gained valuable insights through our customers' innovative use cases.

We showcased demos on:

• Integrating SAP S/4HANA events with AEM
• SAP AI Core and SAP GenAI Hub at Globus
• Our eSigner solution, enabling event-based integration of Adobe Sign and DocuSign into your processes

Additionally, visitors explored everything about SAP Build. We were happy to show them in detail how to successfully implement components like Process Automation workflows.

buco and Globus jointly presented a talk on the introduction of artificial intelligence in Betze, GLOBUS's employee service tool.
The focus was on improving the efficiency of employee service processes and reducing processing times through automated solutions. Various processes within the BETZE application, such as document requests, document analysis, and data changes, were optimized using the SAP GenAI Hub and Document Information Extraction Services. These solutions enabled both users and HR staff to seamlessly interact via the chatbot embedded in BETZE or directly through the BETZE application, leveraging AI services and the SAP Integration Suite as middleware.
